Meet the CHA Team
Conan Harris, Founder and Principal of Conan Harris & Associates (CHA), has worked with a wide range of professionals and organizations from various sectors. Prior to founding CHA, he worked in the public sector as a senior aide to former Mayor Martin J. Walsh in Boston. During his tenure in the Walsh administration Conan was recruited to lead My Brother's Keeper Boston, and serve as the Deputy Director of Public Safety. Under his supervision, Conan played a leadership role in establishing Boston’s first ever Office of Returning Citizens. where he worked with the formerly incarcerated to design the vision, programs and services of the new office.

CHA's mission is to uplift and strengthen marginalized communities by diversifying the supplier pipeline used by large organizations for services and personnel. We empower communities to engage in conversations that are relevant and critical to their economic development and sustainability.

Maureen Azor is the executive director of operations at Conan Harris and Associates. With over 10 years of communications, marketing, and community-building experience, she brings a varied technical skill set. Maureen is focused on creating and executing effective strategies that focus on relationship management and community engagement.
Jacqui Conrad is a bilingual mission-driven executive chief marketing and communications consultant with over two decades of experience. She is a proven change leader with a sustained track record for advancing culture within organizations, building high performing teams for success, and creating measurable, integrated and value driven strategies that result in operational efficiencies, expanded brand awareness and increased engagement.
Luis Antonio Thompson is a multi-discipilinary artist, photographer, and producer with a wide-ranging portfolio in television, film, podcasts, magazines, capital campaigns, and the web. Notable for crafting beverage recipes for prestigious NYC venues, Luis has been recognized in publications like Martha Stewart Weddings, The Huffington Post, and EBONY Magazine. Debuted a significant painting in Harlem Hospital's lobby in 2021. Luis is dedicated to humanizing global cultures through solo travels and documentary work in West African countries.
Rachel Gans-Boriskin is a consultant, storyteller, educator, and coach with over 20 years of experience. She helps clients achieve their goals by leveraging her training in communication, coaching, human-centered strategy, and strategic management and innovation. Rachel is dedicated to the creation of equitable workforce development programs that advance the needs of businesses, marginalized communities, and society at large.
