P.A.T.H. is a dynamic career immersion program aimed at addressing the current shortage of diverse talent by filling these positions with culturally diverse individuals aged 18 – 24+, aspiring to build careers in the hospitality and tourism sector. These motivated individuals are looking to establish themselves in rewarding careers within the thriving hospitality and tourism sector. This program entails a collective collaboration with local educational institutions, community organizations, and industry partners to create tailored programs that address the needs of job seekers and help bridge the skills gap.
This exciting program is part of Meet Boston’s Workforce Development & Supplier Diversity Initiative, which aims to empower individuals from all backgrounds by offering skill-building and training opportunities that will improve their skills and enhance their employability. In partnership with Meet Boston, this broader workforce development initiative will raise awareness and fill career opportunities in Greater Boston hotels and tourist attractions with intentionality to increase workforce diversity and reflect the city's vibrant communities.
