P.A.T.H. is a dynamic career immersion program aimed at culturally diverse young individuals aged 18 – 24+, aspiring to build careers in the hospitality and tourism sector. These motivated individuals are looking to establish themselves in rewarding careers within the thriving hospitality and tourism sector. This program is part of a broader workforce development initiative that seeks to raise awareness and fill opportunities in Greater Boston hotels and tourist attractions, ultimately increasing workforce diversity, and reflecting the city's vibrant communities.

P.A.T.H. is part of Meet Boston’s Workforce Development & Supplier Diversity Initiative, which aims to empower individuals from all backgrounds by offering skill-building and training opportunities that improve their skills and enhance their employability. We will collaborate with local educational institutions, community organizations, and industry partners to create tailored programs that address the needs of job seekers and help bridge the skills gap.
